    Any third party receiving your information is contractually or legally obligated to use it only for the purpose for which it was shared, to the extent required by applicable law.

    5. Text Message (SMS) Communications

    By providing your mobile number and opting in through our website, booking forms, or in-person intake, you consent to receive service-related and, where separately opted in, marketing text messages from The Showroom Miami. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

    • Rental agreements and vehicle condition documentation: retained for the duration of the rental plus 3 years;
    • Financing applications: retained per lender/dealer partner requirements and our internal record-keeping needs.

    Our services are directed to individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
